In addition, also advised international SME’s on Defence Offsets, Taxation regimes, and Business Risks, relating to the Indian Defence sector. 
  • Managed relationships with two leading Airlines, and identified Sales and Leaseback transactions for the A320 aircraft, on behalf of a Billion Dollar aviation fund. Worked closely with the fund's board, and its legal advisors in the negotiation and structuring of such transactions. 
  • Identified and organized National Telecom Operator Licences for Cellular Services in multiple African countries, for an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client. 
  • Identified a Strategic investor for a Gas Exploration block, in Africa, on behalf of a client. 
  • Identified international Joint Venture partners, for Roads and Highway projects on EPC and BOT Toll Basis in India. 
  • Presented investment and Sponsorship opportunities in a football club to various Brand owners, in Asia. 
  • Proposed an innovative technology for BMW’s dealerships, providing a cost-effective, long-term and viable solution. 
  • Prepared a business case, on behalf of a leading telecommunication company, and gained approval for the complete internal rollout of voice technology leading to a 10% operating reduction. 
  • Identified and successfully presented investment opportunity in an Independent Power Project (IPP) that resulted in a $50M+ investment.
